Supervision Services
Supervision
I offer individual and group supervision for coaches who want to step back from their practice, explore its complexity, and continue developing as reflective and grounded practitioners.
Coaching relationships carry many layers beyond what is explicitly discussed: emotions, assumptions, parallel processes, ethics and power, identity, uncertainty, and organizational dynamics. Supervision creates a space to notice and explore these dimensions with curiosity, openness, and professional rigor.
My approach is relational and systemic, drawing on reflective practice, transactional analysis, embodiment, vertical development, and group dynamics. Attention moves between the client, the coach, the relationship between them, and the wider system in which the coaching takes place. I also pay close attention to what emerges within the supervision relationship itself as a potential source of insight and learning.
Through dialogue, reflection, and experimentation, supervision can strengthen professional judgment, self-awareness, ethical sensitivity, relational maturity, and resilience. It also offers a space for coaches to reconnect with themselves, their purpose, and the meaning of their work while navigating demanding or uncertain situations.
I provide both individual and group supervision, bringing particular interest to the interplay between relationships, systems, and the less visible dynamics that shape professional practice.
Alongside my supervision practice, I am a faculty member of the French-speaking Coaching Supervisor training programme at CSA International, contributing to the development of coaches who wish to deepen their supervisory and reflective practice.
For me, supervision is ultimately about cultivating a wider quality of attention — to ourselves, to others, to relationships, and to the systems of which we are part.
