Holistic thinker and enthusiastic learner, I have navigated for the last 30 years in different roles and functions from researcher in physics through knowledge worker, strategic marketing practitioner and business analytics executive to now university professor, leadership development coach, facilitator and change consultant.
My Story
I am a bridge builder that connects seemingly unrelated ideas, boldly testing & continuously learning to walk in different worlds such as sciences, business, personal development and education. I have great hope for the future, think holistically while keeping a pragmatic approach and cultivate a tolerance for complexity and ambiguity.
I would like to bring to the world my passion for helping people, unfolding their real potential at work to be an enthusiastic space for bold and meaningful conversations, co-creation and collaborative outcomes leveraged by collective intangible corporate assets such as knowledge and culture.
I have founded MGHolistic SPRL, a company that focuses on leadership development coaching, transformational changes and innovative training for individuals, teams and organizations.
I have a long experience in developing experts in large and small companies of different industries Master and PhD students in their career reflections and entrepreneurs in their leadership presence.
I’m a Newfield Certified Coach (NCC) and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I also have credentials in Process Communication, MBTI, Cultural Transformation Tools by Richard Barrett’s, Enneagram, Appreciative Inquiry and World Café methodology.
I hold a PhD in Physics from University Libre de Bruxelles, a MBA from Edinburgh Business School and Executive Education credentials from IMD, Lausanne and The Wharton School, Philadelphia, PA, US.
I spend today my professional life between Brussels and European Cities. I live in Brussels with my husband and my 2 children.
