Mentor Coaching
I work with coaches who want to deepen their practice, prepare for ICF credentials, and develop a way of coaching that feels genuinely their own.
For coaches working toward ACC or PCC credentials, mentor coaching provides a structured space to strengthen their understanding and application of the ICF Core Competencies. Beyond credential preparation, I see it as an opportunity to explore the subtler dimensions of coaching: how we listen, relate, work with silence and uncertainty, sense what is emerging, and use our presence within the coaching relationship.
My approach combines attention to professional standards with reflective inquiry, embodiment, applied psychology, vertical development, and insights from coaching supervision. Depending on the coach and their stage of development, our conversations may also explore confidence, legitimacy, ethics, relational patterns, professional identity, and the development of a personal coaching philosophy.
I particularly value accompanying coaches from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds as they integrate technical competence with authenticity, sensitivity, and depth.
As an ICF Mentor Coach, my intention is not simply to help coaches demonstrate competencies, but to support them in becoming more conscious and confident practitioners — grounded in professional standards while developing a coaching presence and practice that are distinctly their own.
